Enhanced Cleaning Standards

We have implemented the CDC’s recommended cleaning standards for all apartments. Every TX Home Solutions Group apartment is thoroughly cleaned between guests, and are fully sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines to ensure cleanliness and disinfection.

All TX Home Solutions Group apartment surfaces are cleaned and disinfected using CDC-recommended cleaning agents, including tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, door and cabinet handles, desks, phones, remotes, keyboards, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc.

The TX Home Solutions Group Rental division is taking additional measures to steam, sanitize, and clean all furnishings, upholstered items, and housewares before they are delivered to customers.

Contactless Check-In

TX Home Solutions Group offers contactless check-in and check-out where possible. Many of our apartments are equipped with keyless entry technology, so there’s no need for an exchange of keys.

We continue to offer contactless check-in and check-out processes where possible, limiting direct interaction between employees and guests.

Guest Support

As always, our customer service team is available by phone and email to serve guests and answer any questions they may have. Our Guest Services Specialists and maintenance teams are on site to assist with any immediate requests.
